Heavy Aerial Equipment Technician

Location: Ajax, N

Pay: $35-$40/hour based on experience) plus a bonus (DOe and ticketing)

Job Type: Direct

Hours: Monday to Friday

Position: Full-Time

Job Description: 

Provide diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on various construction and aerial equipment. This includes skid steers, mini excavators, aerial reach equipment, and towable equipment. Your responsibilities will ensure all equipment is rental-ready, meets quality and safety standards, and complete all performance checklists and paperwork accordingly. Operating and testing equipment when required is also part of your role.

Experience

• Experience working in heavy equipment repair
• Experience working on aerial equipment (preferred)

Certificates, Licenses & Tickets

• Relevant ticket or license in heavy equipment (421A or 310T preferred)
• Valid G class driver’s license and a clean driving abstract

Knowledge & Skills

• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work in a small team or independently
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
