Job Title: 310T Mechanic/ Red Seal

Shift: Afternoons

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and complete repairs in compliance with company policy and manufacturer guidelines;
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and electrical systems;
• Test equipment post-repair to ensure optimal performance;
• Maintain well-organized work orders;
• Maintain regular communication with managers regarding repair progress and issues;
• Collaborate within a team to address daily operational requirements;
• Keep workshop and equipment areas clean and organized;
• Provide guidance and training to junior maintenance staff;
• Recommend improvements to processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency; and
• Adhere to safe work practices.

Qualifications:

• 310T certification or Red Seal License
• Valid G driver's license is a must
• Preferred: Clean DZ license and a spotless driving record.
• Must own tools required for the job;
• Experience with hydraulic and electrical systems is advantageous;
• Proficient in troubleshooting techniques;
• Basic computer skills are necessary;
• Preferred: Previous experience using online preventative maintenance programs;
• Capable of standing, lifting 60 lbs, carrying, bending, twisting for extended periods;
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal);
• Reliable, punctual, team-oriented individual.
