Join our growing team! We are currently looking for Heavy-Duty Mechanics for our shop in Nisku.
Potential candidates must have familiarity with on and off-road equipment, due to the complexity of the job we are only able to hire candidates that reside in Canada.
Shop Mechanic responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Safe, efficient, effective operation, and regular maintenance of handled equipment
- Compliant with company and customer safety requirements
- Able to work independently as well as within a team
- Able to troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical faults using schematics
- Perform brake and safety inspections
- Able to diagnose and repair power train, electrical systems, HVAC system, air ride, suspensions, drum and disk brakes, wheels and hubs, differentials, air valves, hydraulic steering system
- Complete required documentation on repairs made and parts used.
- Other duties as directed by the manager
Qualifications
- Self-motivating
- Competent in reading and interpreting schematics
- Must be Local (Edmonton and surrounding area) or able to travel to Nisku every day without assistance
- CVIP License an asset
