WorleyCord Teamco Ltd., a subsidiary of WorleyCord Ltd., is seeking experienced Apprentice/Journeyperson Pipefitters to work at our Kearl ITA Project near Fort McMurray.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates knowledge of functional operation of various piping system components by measuring, cutting, threading, grooving and bending of pipes, valves and fittings
  • Assembles and installs piping sections according to blueprints and job specifications
  • Performs physically demanding tasks such as cutting openings for pipe while standing for extended periods of time and securing pipe in hard-to-reach areas
  • Uses testing equipment effectively to check for system leaks and troubleshoot fitting errors
  • May perform other related duties as assigned
  • Complete all required safety documentation
  • Working at heights and outdoors

Requirements:

  • Must have a Apprentice/Journeyperson Pipefitter Ticket from a recognized provincial training authority
  • Must possess valid CSTS 2020
  • OSSA/ESC AWP/EWP
  • OSSA/ESC Fall Protection
  • WHMIS 2015
  • Previous industrial construction experience is an asset

Work Conditions:

  • Work will be primarily outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Benefits provided by Open Circle
  • Shift rotation of 14 days on 7 days off
  • 12 hour days
  • Fly-in/Fly-out Hubs Calgary & Edmonton
