Maintenance Laborer

Location: Fort McMurray, AB

Pay: Competitive

Position: Full time

Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned duties in a safe, efficient and environmentally secure manner;
• Communicate with shift supervision, maintenance to achieve daily plans and activities;
• Maintain cleanliness standards of KMC;
• Participate in a work environment that supports KMC Operating Priorities and Values.

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent 

Experience

• Minimum 3 months competent & relevant workshop experience.

Certificates & Licences

• Valid Driver’s license.
• Must have CSTS/OSSA OR BSO OR CSO.

Qualities

• Must be able to work on Suncor and Syncrude sites with no site ban.
• Applicants must demonstrate a proven safety record, attendance record and suitable workplace behavior.

Physical Requirements

• Must be physically fit and have the ability to do heavy lifting in a safe manner.

Rotation & Accommodation:

• The normal shift rotation is Monday to Friday (Days Only).
• Candidates must be local to Fort McMurray
• Transportation will be provided to and from work site and town.
