What Express Employment Professionals is Hiring for:

Road Techs Diesel Mechanic

Location: Abbotsford, BC

Salary: $25.00-$27.00 per hour

Schedule: 

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Visiting clients' premises to conduct maintenance, repairs, and installation of refrigeration units mounted in mobile unit trailers and truck vans.
  • Operating vehicle-driven Sprinter and 16' Cube trucks with automatic transmission.
  • Utilizing powered tools, hand tools, multimeters, and other necessary equipment provided.

Skills & Aptitudes

  • Meticulous attention to quality and detail.
  • Prioritizing precision over speed.
  • Proficient in both independent and team-oriented work environments.
  • Adaptability to seamlessly switch between various projects.

Certificates & Licenses

  • Possession of a clean Class 5 driver's abstract.

Experience

  • Experience with bracing and aluminum welding is advantageous but not mandatory; training can be provided.

Travel/Transportation

  • Occasionally, there may be a need to relocate or shift trucks at clients' locations.

Pre-employment

  • Drug check
  • Background screening
