Mechanical Service Technician

Location: Edmonton, AB

Pay: $38 to $42 Per Hour

Responsibilities:

• Conduct machine installations and provide training to customers on usage and maintenance.
• Perform routine and emergency service and repairs.
• Travel 80% of the time, mainly in Edmonton and surrounding areas, with occasional trips across Canada.
• Maintain a flexible schedule for after-hours and weekend work when required, with overtime compensation.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a customer-facing service technician, preferably in the food processing/production industry.
• Strong electrical and/or millwright experience is acceptable.

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent customer service mentality with strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Keen attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and changing deadlines.

Travel/Transport

• Ability to travel, including periodic overseas trips.
