Heavy Equipment Mechanics, Electricians, Buyers, Project Coordinator, Designers Needed Southern AB

CHW Group is hiring for multiple positions including Buyers, Project Coordinators, Heavy Equipment Mechanics, Electricians, & Electrical Schematic Designers

• Buyer: The Buyer works with vendors and operations sourcing parts and materials for customized fracking equipment, establishes delivery schedules, monitors progress and contacts suppliers to resolve issues.
• Project Coordinator: The Project Coordinator works with customers, vendors and operations developing scopes of work, reviewing schematics and fabrication drawings, sourcing parts and materials, job scheduling and troubleshooting.
• Heavy Equipment Mechanic: The Heavy Equipment Mechanic must have a high-level mechanical experience with hydraulic systems installs & retrofits, hydraulics pumps/motor, hosing, component install & assembly and trouble shooting skills. Must understand and read hydraulic, pneumatic, coolant and air schematics for equipment repair, manufacturing, and retrofits. Apprentices or Journeypersons preferred.
• Electricians: The Electrician will perform electrical and electronics installation, repair and troubleshooting through use of drawings, schematics and interpretation and knowledge of applicable codes and safety regulations. The Electrician also has basic knowledge of mechanics and hydraulics, including knowledge of pumps, valves and hosing systems as may apply to electro-mechanical or electro-hydraulic assemblies is an asset. The Electrician is also responsible to participate in the safe assembly, build, repair, and/or test a variety of new and older mobile oilfield service equipment using standard and/or non-standard tools, equipment, and procedures. Apprentices and Journeypersons preferred.
• Electrical Schematic Designer: This position assists in the generation of electrical schematics related to DC power systems and PLC’s. The Electrical Schematic Designer will preform troubleshooting of electronics systems, design, and process calculations, generate ongoing development of bill of materials and develop electrical systems with written quotes.

Location: Unit 1 – 655 30 Street North, Lethbridge Alberta

Requirements: 

Skilled Trade Certificate relating to the position, Experience in the oilfield, preferably with fracking equipment (blenders, pumpers, sand hogs, sand belts, etc)
