Get The Experience: 2024 Turnaround Seeking Labourers - 12 Hour Shifts, 4 hours of OT Paid Daily

FLINT Recruitment is looking for motivated Labourers to join our team at our upcoming 2024 Whitecourt Power Turnaround!

These temporary positions are scheduled to start April 22, 2024, and will work straight through for three to five days on 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM). Living out allowance and camp are NOT available for this role, but all candidates are encouraged to apply if they have access to local accommodations.

What would you be doing? 

• Supporting the cleaning and maintaining equipment, machinery, and corresponding site areas.    
• Transporting materials and equipment.    
• Digging trenches and shovel snow, gravel, and other materials.    
• Cleaning off machinery at shops and client sites.  
• Wearing the proper PPE required for the role.
• safely performing duties of your job, ensuring the safety of yourself and your co-workers. 
• Other duties as assigned.

Does this sound like you? 

• Excellent work ethic.
• Hold a valid Confined Space safety ticket.  
• Ability to work independently. 
• Access to transportation to the site. 
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
• Physically capable of performing all necessary duties of the job, including but not limited to heavy pulling, pushing and lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, shoveling, bending, twisting, etc.
