• 80% travel within the Cambridge, Kitchener, and Waterloo region
• Some trips across Canada

Job Description: 

Servicing clients primarily in the Cambridge, Kitchener, and Waterloo region. .

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a customer-facing service technician, ideally in food processing/production or a similar industry.

Knowledge & Skills

• Involves machine installations, customer training, routine and emergency service, and repairs.
• Strong customer service mentality with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Keen eye for detail, ability to work under pressure and changing deadlines.

Training: 

• Local and periodic overseas training at corporate headquarters in Europe and the US.
• The position offers the use of a company vehicle and a competitive compensation package

Pre-employment

• Legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Valid passport and ability to travel overseas periodically.
