What WORKFORCE is Hiring for:

Heavy-Duty Transport Mechanics

Location: Victoria, BC

Pay: Competitive

Position: Full-Time

Advantages

Schedule

-Monday to Friday

-Availability to work the afternoon shifts

-There will be one Saturday rotation per month

-OT paid out after 8.5 hours/day.

Job Details

-Inspect and repair fleet vehicles

-Preventative maintenance

-Complete all work orders accordingly

-Complete and document all safety checks in the database

-Other facility work as required

Qualifications :

-Minimum registered apprentice in Commercial Transport Mechanics/On-Road Tech or HD --CVIP license preferred

-Full Class 5 Driver’s license and clean driving record

Mechanics

Experience

-2-3 years experience working as an HD Mechanic

-Experience working in the truck and hauling industry

Pre-employment

-Must pass all pre-employment tests for successful hire

-Legally entitled to work in Canada
