What Ledcor is Hiring for:

Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Location: Jansen, SK

Job Status: Full-Time

Pay: DOE

Position: Full-time

Essential Responsibilities:

Safely maintain heavy mobile equipment
Support PM Mechanics and Maintenance technicians
Diagnose and repair various CAT, Komatsu & Hitachi Equipment
Conduct pre-trip/walk-around safety inspections and complete daily hazard assessments
Complete maintenance reporting and documentation
Communicate effectively with team members
Lead safety and production compliance

Experience

3+ years of experience in heavy civil/earthworks projects

Certificates & Licenses

Journeyperson certification from a recognized training authority

Valid CSTS-2020 and WHIMS certification

Skills & Aptitudes

Ability to work under minimal supervision

Pre-employment

Successful completion of pre-access drug and alcohol testing

Work Conditions:

14 days on / 7 days off rotational shift
Camp-based accommodation provided for non-local candidates
Travel allowance provided from approved locations
Work primarily outdoors in various weather conditions
