Position: Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician (Off-Road)Location: Fort McMurray, ABSalary: $81.36 per hour (blended rate; base pay is $67/hr)Job Type: Full-time

Qualifications:

Red Seal Journeyman heavy equipment technician (off-road) (Required)
Experience in surface mining: 5 years (Preferred)
Proficiency in English (Preferred)
Willingness to undergo Mandatory Drug & Alcohol testing
Site Specific training requirements

About the Role: We are looking for skilled and experienced Journeyman Heavy Equipment (Off-Road) Technicians for open pit mining operations in Alberta. Ideal candidates should have hands-on experience with a variety of equipment brands, including CAT, Hitachi, Komatsu, John Deere, and Volvo.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair a variety of heavy mining equipment

Experience Required:

Construction equipment experience is a plus
