What Snelling is Hiring for:

Construction Laborer

Location: Goose Creek, SC 

Job Type: Full-time; Long-term

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour [paid daily or weekly]

Shift Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday)

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards
  • Load or unload building materials to be used in construction
  • Build or take apart bracing, scaffolding, and temporary structures
  • Dig trenches, backfill holes, or compact earth to prepare for construction
  • Assist trades-workers, such as electricians and plumbers, with their duties
  • Perform other general labor duties as needed per site supervisors

Experience

  • General labor, construction, and/or other related work experience preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements

  • Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Able to work in all outdoor conditions

Skils & Aptitudes

  • Team player who can also work independently
  • Professional communication skills (Verbal and Written)
