What Trimac is Hiring for:

Washrack Technician/ Labourer

Location: Winnipeg, MB

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour DOE

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 10 am - 6:30 pm
  • Shift hours may change according to organizational needs

Responsibilities:

  • Exterior washing and assist with internal cleaning.
  • Hose testing/cleaning.
  • Pump flush.
  • Drive equipment.
  • Tank entry and confined space training.
  • Operation of hand tools.
  • Wash work orders.
  • Tank steam for clean.
  • Steam product for repair.
  • Assist in wash order scheduling.
  • Boiler operation and maintenance of pumps, blowers, etc.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Aptitudes
  • Positive and strong work ethic.
  • Must be okay working from heights over 20 ft.
  • Positive attitude and job performance.
  • Basic understanding of shop safety, shop work practices, mechanical systems, 

Work Conditions

  • Use of hand and power tools.

  • Must be capable of working in wet and humid conditions and exposure to normal wash rack cleaning materials.
    • Comfortable working either indoor or outdoor (Appropriate gear is provided).

    Experience

    • Shop experience, including working around steam equipment.

    Education

    • Valid Driver's License
    • Grade 12 or equivalent
