Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting well tests, collecting accurate data, and analyzing results.
  2. Operating and maintaining well testing equipment and tools.
  3. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  4. Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.
  5. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on-site.
  6. Preparing detailed reports and documentation of test results.

Requirements

  1. Experience: Previous experience in well testing or related oil and gas fields is preferred but not mandatory. We value a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
  2. Certifications: Mandatory to have H2S Alive, First Aid, and CSO before applying for this position. Additional in-house training to be provided.
  3.  Physical Stamina: Well testing can be physically demanding, so candidates must be capable of handling the rigors of the job. Will be working outdoors, year-round in all types of weather conditions on both day and night shifts. Typical shifts are 12hrs.
  4. Team Player: We seek individuals who thrive in a team environment, communicate effectively, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
  5. Adaptability: Flexibility is essential in the oil and gas industry, where conditions can change rapidly. Adaptability to different work environments and schedules is crucial.
