Well Testing Assistant

We are currently searching for Well Testers Assistant on full time - ongoing project - Full time

The Well Test Operator is an entry level position and is part of a team work environment and executes the required duties in a safe manner. As a Well Tester Laborer, you will be required to work in remote locations for extended periods of up to 21 days at a time (12 hour shifts). Must have Well site and/or Rig site experience. Please include copies o f all required safety tickets along with resume.*** Only fully vaccinated applicants will be considered.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Actively participates in all company safety programs
• Works with other crew member operators and supervisors to improve job performance.
• Helps with the organization and works in conjunction with crew members to ensure an efficient job from rig-in to rig-out.
• Ensures all safe work practices are followed
• Assists in the maintenance of all district test equipment to ensure its readiness for work.
• Assists with the preventative maintenance on equipment and in the operation of test equipment in a safe and competent manner when required to do so.
• Follows all government, industry and company regulations and policies which affect the workplace and the work being carried out
• Works along with other crew members to ensure efficient use of time and labor on location and in the shop.
• Gathers all field data sheets and presents them in a neat organized manner to the job supervisor Assists in general duties in the operations bases – i.e. shop and yards. Attends all company sponsored safety training

Minimum Qualifications/Skill/Safety tickets:

• Standard First Aid with BC Out of Jurisdiction Endorsement
• H2S Alive
• CSO training from Energy Safety Canada
• Must be able to pass Pre-employment Drug & Alcohol testing, screens are required for all Safety Sensitive Positions
• Driver’s License: Class 5 minimum with less than 6 demerits, 3year abstract
• Willingness to work in remote locations when required

Salary: From $300.00 per day
