Welder Helpers up to $32/hr in AB

We are looking for a Welder Helper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the welders with their daily tasks, such as setting up the welding equipment, preparing materials for welding, and cleaning up after the job is done. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of welding processes and safety protocols, as well as the ability to lift heavy objects and follow instructions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the welder in setting up and operating welding equipment.
• Clean and maintain welding equipment and tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and sketches.
• Perform basic welding operations such as tack welding, spot welding, and arc welding.
• Assist in the fabrication of metal components for various projects.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
