Warehouse Labor

Location: Houston, TX

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am -5pm 

Position: Full time

Responsibilities:

• Accurately select products from warehouse, and quality to ensure orders are correctly and promptly fulfilled.
• Operate warehouse machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring they are prepared for shipment in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering strictly to company safety protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with team members, supervisors, and other personnel to ensure timely and efficient order processing and to solve any potential issues.

Experience

• Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or a similar role, preferably as an order selector. However, we value dedication, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, with a strong commitment to safety.
• Excellent attention to detail, coupled with the ability to work accurately and efficiently even in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  

Physical Requirements

• Capability to lift heavy items 50lbs or more, 
• Stand or walk for extended periods, and perform physical labor.

Qualities

• Strong commitment to upholding all company policies and procedures, including quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
