Warehouse / Driver

Location: North and South Austin

Pay: $16 depending on experience

Position: Full time

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 8am-5pm

Primary Responsibilities:

• Possesses excellent product knowledge to inform, assist, quickly provide solutions and  increase sales to a customer in person, via telephone or e-mail
• Exhibits strong interpersonal customer service skills
• Handles products safely and load them into the customer s vehicle accordingly so that they can be easily transported between the branch and the customer s destination
• Restock, straighten, front-face, and dust merchandise shelves and displays in addition to other general  housekeeping duties which may include sweeping, mopping, and cleaning
• Data entry and retrieval on computer system, including entering of customer orders,  branch transfers, obtain quotation information, inventory information, pricing
• Effectively communicate to customers any relevant policies and/or procedures regarding  purchases, returns, credit terms, etc.
• Actively listen to customers and air out grievances
• Accurately perform cycle counts/inventory as required
• Successfully operate a forklift
• Support the branch by staying connected with existing customers to render proper  after-sale service, obtain repurchases, inform them on new promotions, and cross-sell

Knoweldge & Skills:

• Basic computer skills
• Operate a forklift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience

• One year of experience/knowledge of HVAC industry or products preferred
