Location: NE San Antonio

Position: Full-time opportunity

Pay: $16 - $20 DOE.

Schedule:

• 11: 00am 8: 00pm

• Monday Friday
• Overtime may be required

Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for operating a forklift and other material handling  equipment for the purpose of accurate shipping, processing and receiving, which includes  but is not limited to unloading, moving, staging, loading, locating, relocating, and stacking  product. The Associate is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of all equipment  and will be expected to perform all duties as directed by Management.

Primary Responsibilities

• Consistently present and ready to begin work activities at start of shift; provides required  notice for unexpected absences.
• Pulls picking tickets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Restocks shelves correctly; maintains bin locations and labels; returns stock to proper  locations.
• Preparing orders for shipment by boxing and labeling items accurately.
• Loading shipments securely safely for daily deliveries.
• Operates Wire Machine according to procedure.
• Operates forklift to move pallets and other heavy materials.
• Keeps shipping area, warehouse aisles and walkway, pipe yard and parking lot clean and free of any safety hazards

• Must be able to lift, push, pull a maximum weight limit of 50 lbs on their own.

Education

• HS Diploma or GED

• Forklift and pallet jack experience is preferred

• Able to pass drug screen and background check
