$16-18 PER HOUR : Express Employment Professionals Conway AR  is hiring now for General Construction Laborers to join a local paving crew. Pay will be $16-18/HR depending on experience.

Job Duties

The Construction Laborer is responsible for assisting the crew whatever is needed to progress the job. This position will perform tasks involving physical labor within heavy construction project and demolition sites. They may be required to operate hand and other power tools of various types.

  • Responsible for cleaning of job sites and equipment.
  • May be required to dig trenches, tend to equipment, etc.
  • Assembling and disassembling forms for carpenters.
  • Required to assist other craft workers with whatever their needs may be.
  • Responsible for loading and unloading materials to the appropriate location according to project plans and specifications.

Requirements

  • Valid Drivers License      
  • Pass Drug Test and Pre-employment Physical
  • Have working knowledge of construction jobsite activities
  • Adhere to all safety requirements.
  • Steel Toe Boots Required
