What Express Employment Professionals is Hiring for:

 Stick Welder - Experienced

Location: Woodland, CA

Salary: $20-25/hour

Position: Temporary

Project Duration: 2 weeks

Shift: 

  • Daytime (7am-4pm)
  • Some overtime required 

Responsibilities:

  • Set up welding machines based on the job requirements or Welding Procedure Specification
  • Perform STICK welding on steel components according to blueprints and/or drawings
  • Operate machinery or assist machine operators as needed
  • Assemble items as instructed by floor supervisor
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas and equipment
  • Adhere to company rules, policies, safety regulations, and quality standards

Knowledge & Skills

  • Knowledge and Skill 
  • Experience working with steel
  • Highly preferred experience with STICK welding
  • Familiarity with raw materials and production processes
  • Willingness to learn and work with a dependable work ethic
  • Knowledge of machines, tools, and ability to read blueprints, drawings, calipers, tape measures, and angle gauges
