Traveling Laborers Needed Paying $18-$35/hr + Per Diem (Free Training & Onboarding Provided)

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable General Labor to work as a part of our traveling construction crew that will work in multiple states across the country.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• General construction knowledge
• Ability to move heavy objects, including lifting more than 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in a team setting but also independently.
• Performs other tasks, as needed, to support daily operations.
• Jobsite & daily cleanup
• Warehouse cleaning
• Miscellaneous safety carpentry for barricades
• Loading & unloading of material
• Other duties as assigned.
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Overtime: There will be opportunities for overtime work.

Ability to follow direction as provided by supervisor. Good physical condition and endurance. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from foreman and project manager. Ability to problem solve and ask for help as needed.

• Valid Driver’s License
• Complete & Pass a Drug Test
• Criminal Background check
• Past job references and history are required.
• Willing to work nights and weekends if necessary.
• Reliable transportation to and from work

Education/Experience:

High school diploma: zero to two years related experience and/or training within the construction and/or environmental industry or similar role.

Certificates and Licenses:

OSHA-10 Safety Certification (Required upon employment)

OSHA-30 Safety Certification (Not required but preferred)

Skid Loader & Lull Equipment Certification (Not required but preferred)

• If traveling from more than 100 miles from your residence, Per Diem Travel Pay (Non-Taxable Income) will be paid for each full 8-hour workday.
• Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
