Experience

• Minimum of 1 year+ of Building Maintenance or similar experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to safely lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and/or walk up to 75% of the time on the job

Travel/Transport

• Reliable transportation

• Excellent communication, organizational, and listening skills

Responsibilities  

• Supporting and assisting Foremen and Superintendents with on-site projects
• Performing landscaping, painting, commercial light construction, and material removal
• Ensuring safe operation procedures are executed and using proper tools and techniques for the project
• Learning on the job and completing assigned tasks with a positive attitude
• Following directions of Foremen/Superintendent and Leads
• Providing labor support for specialty crew and wearing approved Personal Protective Equipment
• Attending safety meetings and following safety policies and procedures
