Temporary to Permanent Welder/Fabricator Position Available in ND - Up to $35/hr

Overview

Seeking dedicated and talented Welder/Fabricators to join the fast growing team for our client’s leading manufacturing company. Specializing in providing welding, fabrication, and manufacturing of high-quality products to our client’s and maximizing efficiency and precision in our processes. Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to fabricate metal components.
• Use various tools and equipment, including saws, shears, presses, and welding machines, to cut, shape, and assemble metal parts.
• Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding techniques, ensuring proper weld penetration and quality.
• Conduct visual inspections of welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Perform fabrication tasks such as drilling, grinding, and finishing to prepare metal components for assembly.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other team members to troubleshoot fabrication issues and optimize production processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times, ensuring a safe working environment.

Qualifications:.

• Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Proficiency in welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Experience with fabrication tools and equipment such as saws, shears, and presses.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively with team members.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for welding and fabrication work.

Salary: $20.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
