Job Details

• Engineering, project, and construction management for new designs, retrofits, and upgrades to facility mechanical systems.
• Development of preventative and predictive maintenance plans, leading inspections and testing of major electrical equipment.
• Assistance in the planning and execution of planned and unplanned maintenance outages.
• Support in developing maintenance and lifecycle management strategies for critical equipment.
• Promotion of Health and Safety in the workplace through formal/informal work observations.
• Preparation, review, and execution of safe work plans for activities with hazards or risks.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Eligible for membership in the Association of Professional Engineers of Saskatchewan (APEGS).
• Professional Engineering Designation - P. Eng. and relevant experience in engineering tasks.

Knowledge & Skills

• Competency in engineering/industry standards, internal processes, and procedures.
• Ability to mentor, coach, and support Engineers-In-Training.
• Results-oriented with the ability to manage complex and confidential issues.
• Adaptable to changing environments with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent facilitation, project management, and decision-making skills.
