The Technical Services Representative role will be responsible for partnering with the Sales & Marketing organization to build relationships with customers. The primary goal of the position is to increase Universal’s value by creating improved communication and knowledge sharing between Universal and customers, while supplying the customer with engineering and operational support.

This position works under the direction of the Technical Services Director.
