Structural Fitters

Location: Victoria, TX

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20/hour (BOE)

Pay Frequency: Weekly

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints, ISO’s, field installations, material takeoffs, field sketches, and specifications
  • Precisely cut, bend, and weld metals such as carbon and stainless steel
  • Clean and clear debris and hazardous materials from structural beams
  • Install segments securely with welding or other equipment
  • Ensure accurate flow of structural beam sizes, hangers, supports, and joint needs
  • Cut and alter structural beams to ensure correct sizes
  • Repair and reinforce broken, cracked, or inadequate systems or beams
