Spring Shutdown 2024: Positions Open for Experienced High-Pressure Confined Space Entry Laborers in Alberta and BC.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate a high-pressure (20,000 PSI) truck for washing heavy equipment and industrial projects.
• Assist in the safe operation of various units.
• Set up and control hoses attached to pumps for effective water pumping.
• Install temporary equipment, including Victual pipe and chemical house mixing.
• Participate in job site preparation, rigging in/out of equipment, and spot safe equipment positioning.
• Perform confined space entry for debris removal and detailed cleaning.

Knowledge & Skills

• Clear verbal and written English communication.

Certificates, Licenses & Tickets

• H2S Alive, Confined Space, Fall Arrest/Protection, WHMIS, CSTS, and CSO.

Experience

• Previous experience in various environments (confined space, heights, noisy, extreme weather conditions).
• Industrial pulp and paper and/or oil and gas experience is an asset.
• Swamping experience (Vacuum and Hydro vac work) is an asset.
• Experience with High Pressure Water Blasting Equipment is an asset.
• Experience working with chemicals is an asset.
