Skilled Labourer in Canmore, AB: $35.00 Per Hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Need to be a self starter and motivated to work hard relatively unsupervised.
• Carpentry skills including use of saws (table, mitre, and skill saws) and hand tools is a requirement.
• General labouring and skilled labouring including cleanup, rough carpentry, heating and hoarding, etc.
• Transportation to and from worksite will be required and will be provided by the candidate.
• Candidate must be willing to work outside in winter months.
• Must work well in a team environment.
• Comply with safety requirements.
• Regular work hours are Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. (40hrs/week)

Qualifications

• Applicants with construction experience are preferred.
• Applicants with ongoing apprenticeship will be considered an asset.
• Candidate must be able to consistently lift 50lb.
• Drivers license and clean drivers abstract is required.
