What Express Employment Professionals is Hiring for:

Site Coordinator

Location: Edmonton, AB

Salary: $35-$55/hour

Position: Full-Time

Responsibilities: 

  • Booking camp accommodations for Alberta-based staff and motel accommodations for BC-based staff
  • Knowledge of cost distribution required
  • Some responsibilities in Accounts Payable 
  • Inventory cost management 
  • Entering payroll information into the UKG system 
  • Overseeing a team of over 250 staff members 
  • Other duties as assigned by higher management

Experience

  • Previous experience in a coordination role or similar 

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and inventory management 
  • Proficient with UKG or similar payroll systems 

Travel/Transporation

  • Candidates must have their own vehicle or a reliable form of transportation

Hours/Compensation: 

  • Office hours: Monday to Friday — Office rates are $35 per hour without the possibility of overtime 
  • Fieldwork hours: Varied — Fieldwork rates range between $45-$55 per hour, based on experience, and allow for overtime and rotational shifts
