What Express Employment Professionals is Hiring for:

General Labourer (Maintenance Technician)

Location: Barrie, ON

Job Type: Short to Long-Term Contract 

Salary: $20/hour + Shift Premium

Position: Full-time

Schedule: Afternoon Shift

Responsibilities:

  • Perform facility maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal functioning of both  locations
  • Carry out preventative maintenance on various machines and equipment
  • Utilize a range of hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently

Experience

  • Prior experience in facility maintenance or similar roles

Education

  • High school graduation or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills
  • Technical aptitude and a mechanical inclination
  • Familiarity with construction, building maintenance, or related fields
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability and a proactive problem-solving attitude
