What Sureway Construction Group Ltd is Hiring for:

Labourer

Location:

  • Fort McMurray and Surrounding Areas
  • No direct access to public transportation

Pay: DOE

Job Type:

  • Full Time, Seasonal

Schedule:

  • 10+ hours per day
  • 6 & 1 rotation
  • Overtime after 8 hours/day or 44 hours/week

Essential Qualifications:

  • Hard-working, reliable, and flexible with schedule
  • Ability to work in physically demanding conditions

Requirements:

  • Personal reliable vehicle
  • CSA-approved steel-toed boots with 6” ankle support

Pre-employment

  • Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing (swab-based test)
  • Successful completion of Company and site-specific orientation

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare construction sites, removing debris and waste materials, and digging trenches
  • Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials properly
  • Load and unload construction supplies manually or with equipment
  • Promote and adhere to the company’s safety program

Experience

  • Skid Steer experience is considered an asset
