Seeking Experienced Millwright for Industrial Maintenance in Cottondale, AL

Location: Cottondale, AL

Pay Rate: DOE

Position: Full-time

Primary Responsibilities:

• Install, test, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, control devices, and equipment
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, electrical code specifications, and schematics for effective troubleshooting and repair
• Diagnose and repair malfunctioning systems and components using test equipment
• Maintain accurate maintenance records
• Direct and train other workers and apprentices
• Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and codes
• Maintain and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance activities on all plant equipment

Educaton

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

Certificates & Licenses

• Journey Papers 
• Red-Seal certification preferred

Experience

• Minimum 5 years' Industrial Electrician experience required, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Ability to work independently in a busy environment
• Experience with routine maintenance operations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and attention to detail
• Knowledge of safe operating procedures and ability to interpret blueprints and specifications
• Computer literate
