San Antonio Plant Tech Opportunity: Earn Up To $20.00/Hour (Full Time, Immediate Opening!)

Plant Technician

Location: Near downtown San Antonio, TX

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Pay: $18.00-22.00/Hourly

Schedule: Regular business hours

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain regeneration facilities (PE, DI, Bottled Water)
• Ensure an adequate supply of quality products for customers
• Skillfully and efficiently perform plant and parts labor duties
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Maintain accurate inventory of all parts and equipment
• Perform complete regeneration of equipment
• Operate bottling facility according to established standards
• Distribute products and parts to walk-in customers
• Communicate clearly and positively with customers
• Resolve complaints and seek opportunities for additional sales
• Maintain and repair automatic water conditioning equipment
• Maintain positive communication with employees, departments, and dealerships
• Maintain a positive Culligan image
• Complete assessment inventories
• Handle inbound and outbound goods and materials
• Tag, label, and stock warehouse supplies
• Complete activities delegated by the Parts/Inventory Manager
• Load and unload forklifts and other warehouse machinery
• Maintain tidiness and cleanliness standards of the Plant/Parts dept
• Organize stocking and properly store goods and materials
• Coordinate work functions with co-workers, transporters, and other departments
• Conduct regular checks and maintenance functions of warehouse machinery
• Clean bottled water coolers
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Knowledge & Skills:

• One to three months related experience and/or training
  
• Valid Driver's License & Forklift Certification
• Computer skills required, including Inventory Software
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug screen

Education: 

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience: 

• One to three months related experience and/or training

Tools & Equipment: 

• Forklift, warehouse machinery

Certificates & Licenses: 

• Valid Driver's License & Forklift Certification

Pre-employment: 

• Must pass a background check. Must be able to pass a drug screen.
