Roofing Foreman / Commercial Work - $27.00 to $30.00+/hr DOE

Experienced Roofing Foreman for a year-long commercial remodel project with the potential to be hired full-time!

Pay is $27 to $30+/hr depending on experience.

Duties:

-Leading and managing crew to ensure the safely and timely completion of the project, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed-Communicate with Superintendent about work status, progress changes, safety concerns or other issues regarding project completion-Document and manage company tools, equipment, and vehicles for direct reports-Conduct safety meetings and workplace assessments/inspections-Read technical drawings, work orders, instructions, formulas, and processing charts-Manage labor, materials, equipment, and paperwork-Submit reports and paperwork and otherwise coordinate communication between office and job site

Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience as a Foreman preferred-Commercial project experience-Familiarity/Experience with Architecture Shingles and/or 2 ply SBS Torch Down Roofing is a big plus-Heavy roofing experience is strongly preferred-OSHA 10 or 30 preferred-Familiarity and ability to manage construction documents & OSHA regulations-Computer and data entry skills-Self-motivated with strong leadership abilities-Strong written and verbal communication skills-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
