Responsibilities:

• Ensure all crew members are at the rig and prepared to work at scheduled times.
• Operate the assigned rig and equipment according to contractual terms and conditions.
• Maintain regular contact and communication with customers to resolve concerns, issues, and complaints.
• Provide quality products and services to customers, maintaining productivity standards and adhering to safety procedures and governmental regulations.
• Efficiently maintain assigned rig and equipment.
• Establish and maintain a positive and safe work environment for the crew, including training and coaching.
• Wear proper safety equipment on the job as required.

Experience

• Rig operation experience with competency in rigging up/rigging down and well servicing operations.
• Knowledge and experience in oilfield well servicing.

Certificates & Licenses

• CDL B driver’s license (if required).

Knowledge & Skills

• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to lead or provide guidance to crew members.
• Multi-tasking and basic problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage a crew.

Pre-employment

• Must pass post-employment drug/alcohol urinalysis and Essential Job Functions Test.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
