What Cameco Corporation is Hiring for:

Working within the Asset Management & Reliability group, you will be responsible for providing technical support for a variety of activities such as asset management strategy development & optimization, loss and failure analysis, and asset master data and information collection and management.

Although this position is located in Saskatoon, you may be required to make occasional trips to Cameco’s operations in northern Saskatchewan.

This is a term position of approximately eight months.

Requirements of the position:

  • You are an engineering student entering your third or fourth year. (Preference will be given to those studying mechanical engineering or electrical engineering, but candidates from other fields will also be considered.) 
  • You must be returning to school for the academic semester following your work term with Cameco
  • Excellent communication, data analysis and compilation, and organization skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
