What ResourceMFG is Hiring for:

Production Associate.

Location: Troy, OH.

Job Type: Temp to Hire.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour (depending on the shift).

Unlimited Referral Bonuses: $100 

Schedule:

  • 2nd Shift with various schedules available.
  • Possibility of training on 1st shift for up to 6 weeks.

Job Description:

  • Production Associates will be responsible for processing frozen raw meat products.
  • Tasks include handling frozen meat, operating grinding machines, mixing and weighing spices, and other assigned duties.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work in a cool environment of 40 to 50 degrees for 8-10 hours a day.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted or team lift when weight is more than 50 lbs.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Good math skills for tracking different blends/recipes
  • Reading comprehension to follow blends/recipes.

Tools & Equipment

  • Company supplies steel toe shoe vouchers and has a company store.
