Production Assembler.

Schedule:

• Mon-Thursday 6 am - 3: 30 pm
• Friday 7am -11 am

Job Descriptions:

• Check work area for any parts that are needed and report them to Lead/Supervisor. The work area should be ready to go first thing every morning.
• Build product by following all processes in which certified and completing other assigned work, while meeting Production Goals and metrics.
• Report to lead or supervisor on work progress and updates including conditions surrounding failures to meet quality standards.
• Keep finished Product stocked on the line and be able to handle daily volumes.
• Familiar with basic hand tools.
• Assembly or components required to fulfill customer orders and maintain levels of company stock required for timely delivery of future orders
• Kitting of materials and hardware in support of order fulfillment
• Supporting quality control by identifying parts that do not appear to meet Company standards
• Supporting inventory control by assisting with product counts
• Following all best practices dictated by Company safety procedures and immediately communicating any situation which might create a safety hazard to Company management
• Provide real-time communication with Company management regarding issues, questions and concerns
• Fulfilling other tasks as directed by Company management to support the assembly and delivery of products by the Company
• Follow documented policies and procedures as designated by the Company s Quality System.
• Other duties as required

Requirements:

• Be on time, work schedule of 6 AM to 3: 30 PM, Monday through Thursday and 7 to 11 AM on Friday.
• Attend the daily 7am start-up meeting.
• The ability to work independently and efficiently with limited supervision.
• Will occasionally work overtime. Manager will give up to 36 hrs to a week advance notice.
• Will require to be flexible working in different areas of production. Will be standing and moving for 8hrs.
• Ability to use fingers and hands to manipulate/assemble small tools or objects.
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate throughout production process.
