What Superior Skilled Trades is Hiring for:

Plumbers & Pipefitters

Location: Brookings, SD

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 /hour (based upon experience)

Per Diem: $90.00/day x 5 days

Start: ASAP!
Schedule: 

  • Monday- Friday; 6:30am-3:30pm
  • 8-hour workdays, 
  • 5 days per week (possible Overtime)
 Job Description:

  • Installation of plumbing systems using copper, PVC, CPVC, cast iron, etc.
  • Maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, piping and fixtures in a commercial setting.
  • Working through all phases of plumbing inc. underground, above ground, rough-in to trim.

Knowledge & Skills

  • You need to be familiar with overhead plumbing, soldering/brazing, copper pipe, carbon pipe, PVC pipe, etc.
  • Mechanical Heating/Cooling piping … above ground and underground.
  • Schools, Clinics, and Hospitals in the region
Experience

  • Proven ability to coordinate with other trades to complete the plumbing scope of work within the project schedule
  • 2+ years of experience as commercial plumber or pipefitter.
Tools & Equipment
  • Must have own tools and PPE
Pre-employment
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must have reliable transportation to the job site
