Location: Omaha, NE
Salary: $22 per hour

Job Type: Temp-Hire 

Responsibilities:

• Install, assemble, and maintain piping systems according to blueprints, schematics, and specifications
• Cut, thread, and bend pipes using power tools and tube bending equipment
• Install and maintain fire sprinkler systems
• Perform stick welding and FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient completion of projects
• Conduct basic math calculations to determine pipe measurements and angles

Experience

• Proven experience as a Pipefitter or similar role

• Experience with stick welding and FCAW is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in using power tools for cutting, threading, and bending pipes
• Strong knowledge of pipefitting techniques and principles
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Familiarity with fire sprinkler fitting is preferred

Physical Requirements

• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting heavy objects
