Pipe Fitter - Valencia, CA: 34.00 per HOUR

Pipefitter. 

Working Conditions:

• Pay will be up to $34 per hour depending on experience
• Schedule: 76:00 am to 2:30 pm
• Monday - Friday

Duties include:

• Cut, and thread pipe to specifications, using tools such as saws, cutting torches, and pipe threaders and benders.
• Assemble and secure pipes, tubes, fittings, and related equipment, according to specifications, by welding, brazing, cementing, soldering, and threading joints.
• Attach pipes to walls, structures and fixtures using brackets, clamps, tools or welding equipment. Inspect, examine, and test installed systems and pipe lines, using pressure gauge, hydrostatic testing, observation, or other methods. 
• Measure and mark pipes for cutting and threading. Evaluate, design and implement proper assembly for Turboexpander Machines                                                                                                                                                        REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:5 + years of experience in Pipe Fitting within a manufacturing environmentAble to read P & ID drawingsUnderstanding of basic weldingMechanical knowledge in plumbingCertified ASME Welder (a plus)Refinery, high pressure oil and gas piping experience a plus

Job Requirements:

• One year of related experience.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to read write and understand English.
• Good Work Attitude and Team Player.
