What Express Employment Professionals is Hiring for:

ASME Welders

Location: Heber Springs, AR

Pay: $18-26/HR (DoE)

Position: Full-time

Job Duties:

  • Flux core and Solid wire welding experience required.
  • Read and follow blueprints, as well as written and verbal instructions.
  • Operate various metal fabricating equipment (plate rolls, CNC plasma cutting table, band saws, ironworker, Sub Arc, automated welders).
  • Operate fork trucks and overhead cranes, assist in loading trucks for shipments.
  • Cross-train in multiple areas for versatile tasking.

Physical Requirements

  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Weld inside semi-enclosed spaces and adapt to fluctuating shop temperatures.

Pre-employment
  • Pass a basic fit and weld test before hire approval.
