Salary Min: $93,300.00 Annually*

Salary Max: $115,800.00 Annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of unionized employees to meet the daily requirements, commitments, and projects.
• Familiarize yourself with scheduling software and applications.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels in collaboration with internal resources.
• Manage contracted services in accordance with established terms and conditions.
• Participate in the recruitment process and select new employees.
• Coach, mentor, and support your team for performance, quality of work, and ongoing training.
• Utilize field experience and technical knowledge to solve work-related problems.
• Travel to work sites for quality oversight and compliance.
• Maintain an inclusive, safe, and healthy workplace.
• Provide oversight of budgets, third-party contracts, and internal service agreements.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Champion our safety culture to safeguard against accidents and injuries.
• Partner with peers and stakeholders in developing strategic initiatives for operational excellence.

Experience:

• Five years of management experience with a focus on natural gas infrastructure.

• Previous experience in construction, underground utilities, and emergency response is an asset.

Education

• Post-secondary diploma considered an asset.

Knowledge & Skills

• Passion for developing quality solutions with a safety-focused mindset.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
