What Trillium Staffing Solutions is Hiring for:

Batch Plant Operators 

Location: Germantown, WI

Pay: $20-$25 DOE

Job Type: Temp-Hire

Position: Full time

Schedule: 

  • This position starts at 11AM
  • Usually an 8-10 hour shift M-F. .

Job Duties:

  • Computer Automated and Hand Loading of ingredients into 3 yard concrete mixer.-
  • Cleans and maintains concrete batch plant mixer, conveyor and scales.
  • Orders aggregates and cement regularly from suppliers
  • High regard of quality used in concrete mixes; multiple colors of concrete generated.
  • Heightened attention to detail
  • Blueprint Reading

Education

High-school education or at least 3 months of related training

Competencies

  • Reads a tape measure accurately
  • Can use simple math skills (addition/subtraction)
  • Builds knowledge of precast concrete processes and procedures

Pre-employment

  • Drug check
  • Background screening
