What Trillium Staffing Solutions is Hiring for:

Millwrights

Location: Mentor, Ohio

Job Type: Temp-to-Perm

Pay: $18 to $28 per hour

Schedule: Varied, with occasional Saturdays

Hours: 

  • Monday to Friday
  • 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
  • Some Saturdays

Benefits:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Make connections and align holes for bolted connections
  • Use proper rigging techniques for efficient and safe steel lifting
  • Utilize crane signals for safe steel maneuvering on-site

Experience: 

  • Minimum of 3 years as a millwright

Tools & Equipment: 

  • Welding equipment, cutting torches

Certificates & Licenses: 

  • Welding certifications (Stick and some MIG)
  • Equipment operation certification (personnel lifts, all-terrain forklifts) preferred

Work Conditions: 

  • Varied work environments

Physical Requirements: 

  • Able to lift and maneuver heavy steel

Travel/Transportation: 

  • Ability to travel with the team

Pre-employment: 

  • Drug check
  • Background screening
