Manufacturing Technician

Location: Sisters, OR

Pay Rate: (Up to): $20.00

Start: Immediately

Schedule 

• Mon-Thu, 6:00am-4:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the availability of clean, dry equipment by washing and drying equipment and putting in the Clean Room or giving to the production employees.
• Preparing for next production day by cleaning and restocking equipment in the Clean Room.
• Cleaning machines (particularly encapsulation machines and parts) for the encapsulation team to help with alleviating bottlenecks.
• Sweeping and mopping floors, especially in the washroom
• Taking out the trash and rinsing garbage cans.
• Supporting other production staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed.

Experience

• Recent work experience in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment is preferred.
• Must have high attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours a day.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Knowledge, Skills & Aptitudes

• Comfortable around heavy machinery

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  
• Ability to follow directions clearly
• Reliable and able to show up ready to work every day on time

Travel/Transportation

• The employee must have their own method of dependable transportation
