Location: Coronach, SK
Role: Permanent Full-Time
Monthly License Premiums: Provided for eligible positions
Location Allowance: Provided for eligible positions/locations
Salary:
- Starting at $68.11/hr for 2nd Class Operators
- $79.03/hr for 1st Class Operators
- Supervise, coach, and train staff, ensuring efficient daily operations
- Anticipate, coordinate, and monitor work, engaging others to reach goals
- Proactively identify and resolve potential problems
- Independently make day-to-day decisions and follow through on tasks
- Implement strategies, work plans, schedules, coaching, and performance reviews
- Provide departmental leadership, promote teamwork, and initiate staff development
- Lead the development and maintenance of processes, standards, and procedures
- Make recommendations to improve employee work performance and service quality
- Adhere to safety and environmental practices, standards, and regulations
- Participate in continuous educational and professional development
Certificates & Licenses
- Second Class Power Engineer’s Certificate and valid Second Class License or equivalent
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
Experience
- Two (2) years of related process operations experience at the board operation level
Knowledge & Skills
- Ability to supervise and foster a team environment for maximum performance
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively, mentor, and coach various personnel
- Proficient in using standard software and maintaining applicable licenses
